Random House Children’s Book Tours: Character Interview with Mr Eric Elland – A Guest Post by Keith Austin

Keith Austin recently took the time out of his busy schedule to share with us an amazing character interview. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Here is an excerpt:

KA: So, Mr Eric Elland, how did you come to write your book Grymmer: The True Story of the Town that Died of Shame?

EE: It’s a good title, isn’t it? A little long perhaps but it does rather get the idea across. Well, I started writing it after my last parishioner left town. She was quite old and seemed to have got the idea in her head that Cleaver Flay was “looking at her funny”.

Special mention to Random House Children’s Books for setting this up for us too!
