“I was never one for breaking the rules. I was the kid in school who always did her homework. Who always arrived on time for school.

“I have an odd habit of choosing to write stories set in places I’ve never been. That was particularly true of my Loving Husband Trilogy, which is set primarily in Salem, Massachusetts. I wrote the first book, Her Dear & Loving Husband, by using Google Earth and other online sites with pictures and descriptions of Salem, and then last summer, before I wrote Her Loving Husband’s Curse, I had a chance to finally see Salem for myself.”
