We are privilaged to be joined by the amazing Guillaume Wolf “Prof. G,” today. He took time out of his busy schedule to share with us The Alchemy of Emotions. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

Here is an excerpt:

“First, let’s look at alchemy. What is it exactly? In the Middle Ages the alchemist was a well-learned man, part-chemist, part-magician. His concern was to convert base metals into gold. But the “puffer”alchemist (solely preoccupied with the transmutation of metals) was not necessarily on the rightful path. For the true alchemist, the “Great Work” also implied a profound physical/spiritual transformation.
